What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Your guide will meet you at your chosen pickup location, including the cruise terminal passenger exit, hotel lobby, accommodation entrance, train station, or another agreed meeting point. For bookings that include private transportation, both your guide and driver will be arranged to meet you together at the designated pickup location.
They will be holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name for easy identification.
Please wait at your chosen pickup point at the scheduled time.
If you require a different pickup location, kindly inform us in advance and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
If you want a pickup and drop off at Cruise Ship Port, then you have to pay for the guide time and transportation, and itinerary may change accordingly. Another option is a car arrangement to bring you from the port to Kyoto and back. Please, inquire me for a quote.
We can meet anywhere around Kyoto Station. If you're traveling from another city, please send me your train ticket details.
