Flight details are monitored before pickup. The service includes airport meet-and-greet, private vehicle, fuel, tolls, bottled water, and door-to-door transfer according to the confirmed route. The standard waiting time is up to 90 minutes from the actual flight landing time. If you are delayed at immigration or baggage claim, please contact the local operator as soon as possible so the team can assist and coordinate with the driver.
Please note that ferry tickets to Koh Chang are not included unless stated in your selected option. Ferry fees are payable locally.
