Airport pickup: After your flight lands, please meet our airport greeter at the confirmed arrival meeting point at Phuket International Airport. The greeter will hold a name sign with the lead traveler name and help connect you with your driver.
For international arrivals, the usual meeting point is near Gate 2 at the International Terminal. Final meeting instructions will be confirmed after booking.

Travel directly to your Phuket hotel in a private air-conditioned vehicle reserved only for your booking. Vehicle type will depend on your group size and luggage, from a comfortable car to a minivan.
Arrival transfers include flight monitoring and up to 90 minutes of waiting time after your flight lands. If you experience a baggage or immigration delay, please contact the local team as soon as possible so they can assist with coordination.
