HOTEL PICKUP
Pickup is available from selected accommodations within the Seven Mile Beach corridor. Please provide your full hotel name at the time of booking so transportation can be arranged. Your exact pickup time will be provided once your reservation is confirmed.
RALEIGH QUAY DOCK
Guests arriving independently, staying outside the pickup area, not requiring transportation, or who did not provide their hotel information at the time of booking must meet at the dock located at 292 Raleigh Quay in Governor’s Harbour. Please arrive 15 minutes before your confirmed departure time.
KAIBO RESTAURANT PIER
Guests staying near Cayman Kai, Rum Point, or the eastern side of Grand Cayman—or those who prefer to join from that side of the island—may meet directly at Kaibo Restaurant Pier, located at 585 Water Cay Road. Please arrive 15 minutes before your confirmed departure time.

Begin your adventure with convenient pickup from selected Seven Mile Beach accommodations or meet directly at your confirmed departure point. Board the boat for an approximately two-hour dock-to-dock experience across Grand Cayman’s North Sound, beginning with beautiful Starfish Point as the sun starts to set. Relax in the warm, crystal-clear water and observe colorful sea stars in their natural habitat. Your guide will share fascinating facts about the sea stars, surrounding marine life, and the delicate ecosystem that makes this peaceful location so special. Take in the Caribbean scenery and capture incredible sunset photos before continuing to the highlight of your nighttime adventure.

Experience one of Grand Cayman’s most extraordinary natural wonders at the secluded Bioluminescent Bay in Cayman Kai. Grand Cayman is one of the world’s most remarkable destinations for witnessing this rare phenomenon, thanks to the delicate natural conditions that allow millions of microscopic organisms to illuminate the water. As night falls, watch the bay glow with every movement from the boat or enter the water for an optional swim as blue-green flashes shimmer around you. Your experienced local guides will explain the science behind bioluminescence and introduce you to the fascinating marine life found within this fragile ecosystem. After this unforgettable experience, cruise back beneath the Caribbean night sky. Guests with included transportation will return comfortably to their original pickup location, completing the approximately three-hour experience.

- Optional Swimming: Entering Bioluminescent Bay is optional. Guests may enjoy the phenomenon from the boat instead.
- Protect Bio Bay: Do not apply sunscreen, insect repellent, lotions, oils, or other skin products before entering the water, as these substances can damage the fragile ecosystem.
- Natural Phenomenon: Bioluminescence varies in brightness and intensity each night according to environmental conditions.
- Images: Photos are illustrative and are often captured with professional equipment under optimal conditions. The glow during your visit may appear different.
- Wildlife: Sea stars and other marine animals must remain underwater and may not be touched, lifted, or removed from their natural habitat.
- Equipment: A snorkel, mask, and life vest are provided. Fins are not included.
- Wetsuits: Wetsuits are available in adult size small and larger.
- Food & Drinks: Guests may bring their own food and beverages. Glass containers are not permitted onboard.
- Weather: The tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and come prepared.
- Weather Protection: If the Port Authority closes the port due to adverse weather conditions, choose between rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
- Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.
- Swimming Ability: Guests choosing to enter Bio Bay should feel comfortable swimming in open water. Life vests are provided.
- Children Under 3: Flotation devices are not available for children under three. Parents or guardians must bring an appropriate flotation device.
