Meeting and pickup
Your driver will meet you just outside the main entrance of the Costa Maya cruise port. Look for Gabriel or Ruth holding a banner with your name.
Pick-up is scheduled 1 hour after your cruise ship docks, with the earliest pick-up at 9:00 AM Ship Time.
Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
If you select the tour option without transportation, you’re welcome to arrive at the beach club at your convenience.

Start your all-inclusive beach day at a beachfront club in the heart of Mahahual’s boardwalk, near Costa Maya Port. If your option includes round-trip transportation, the first pickup is at 9:00 AM or one hour after your cruise ship arrives. Without transportation, make your way directly to the beach club at your leisure. Settle into your guaranteed lounge chair under a palapa or umbrella. Swim in the Caribbean, grab an included kayak, or use the snorkeling gear to explore near the beach. During your stay, enjoy a full open bar with tropical cocktails, Mexican beer, and tequila. When you’re hungry, choose from lunch options including fresh ceviche, tacos, and seafood dishes, with vegetarian options also available. Spend the rest of your time swimming, enjoying a cold drink, or relaxing in the shade. If your option includes transportation, your return ride to Costa Maya Port is included at the end of your beach day.
