Eat Seattle Tours chef guides lead this two-hour walking tour of Pike Place Market with nine tastings from sixteen partner vendors. Your guide is a working Seattle chef who shops here and knows the people behind the counters.
Most routes include Beecher's "World's Best" Mac and Cheese. We're the only food tour Beecher's partners with. Other stops include Pike Place Chowder, artisan chocolate, and tacos at Maíz. Skip the lines, learn how chefs pick produce and judge fish, and hear the stories behind the small businesses that make the Market work.

This is a fast-paced walking tour with distance, small hills, stairs, and cobblestones — a market tour rather than a seated restaurant tour. Moderate physical fitness required.

Meeting and pickup
Meet your chef outside of Simply Seattle located at 1600 First Ave (the corner of 1st Ave and Pine St). Please arrive 5 minutes early. We can't catch you up after the tour has left. Summer is busy and there are several events daily making traffic & parking challenging. Please plan accordingly!

We meet outside of Simply Seattle located at 1600 First Ave. That's First Ave and Pine Street. The tour leaves right on time and we won't be able to catch you up if you're late. If you're driving, leave lots of extra time to park.

- Meeting Location: is 1600 First Ave outside of Simply Seattle. We meet on the street. Chef will be wearing a chef coat

- Please arrive 10 minutes early. Once the tour leaves the starting point we cannot catch you up as it is a moving tour and guides choose their own routes.
- Eat Seattle Tours is permitted and licensed by the Pike Place Market PDA to operate tours in the Pike Place Historical District. The PDA requires any business or person conducting tours within it’s properties and in the public areas of the historical district to be pre-approved and to have a license for this activity.
- There is a paid parking garage located at 1531 Western Ave. If you require parking, leave lots of extra time. The lot could be closed due to over capacity in the Summer. We don't recommend driving for this reason..
- In the event of a non-appearance for any reason, we regret to inform you that rescheduling or refunding will not be feasible.
