    Fatima

Fátima is a renowned pilgrimage city in central Portugal, best known for the Marian apparitions of 1917, when the Virgin Mary is said to have appeared to three shepherd children. It is home to the Sanctuary of Fátima, one of the most important Catholic shrines in the world, which includes the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary, the Chapel of the Apparitions, and the modern Basilica of the Holy Trinity. Every year, millions of pilgrims visit Fátima, especially on May 13th and October 13th, the dates of the main religious celebrations. Beyond its spiritual significance, the city offers a peaceful atmosphere, museums, and surrounding natural landscapes.

    Lisbon

We begin in Alfama, one of Lisbon’s oldest neighborhoods. Then, we head up to Graça, perched on the city’s highest hill. From the Senhora do Monte viewpoint, enjoy a breathtaking panorama over Lisbon’s rooftops and the Tagus River. While there, don’t miss the National Pantheon. Next, St. George Castle. You’ll pass by the Lisbon Cathedral and Santo António Church, a favorite among locals. As we descend into the downtown area, elegant streets like Rua Augusta and majestic squares such as Praça do Comércio. We also explore Chiado and Bairro Alto. We continue along Liberdade Avenue, known for its luxury boutiques. Passing the Estrela Basilica and its serene gardens, we cross the iconic 25 de Abril Bridge to admire Lisbon from the opposite bank — right at the feet of the towering Cristo Rei monument. Finally, Belém. Here, you can enjoy a Pastel de Belém and explore the wonders of the Age of Discoveries: the Jerónimos Monastery, the Belém Tower, and the Monument to the Discoveries.
