Important: Your pickup time is fixed to the time slot you booked. Changes to the pickup time on the day of the transfer cannot be accommodated and are non-refundable, as other travelers are scheduled around your slot. Please book the time slot that matches your actual arrival.
At the time of booking, please provide: the name of your ferry and its departure time from Tahiti, or your flight number if arriving by plane, along with your exact drop-off address (hotel/accommodation).
What to expect
Booking:
Travelers book their transfer by providing their arrival time, pickup location—Temae Airport or the ferry terminal—and the full address of their hotel or Airbnb.
Please note the exact name of your ferry and its departure time from Tahiti (if traveling by boat), or your flight number (if traveling by plane), and provide your precise drop-off address at the time of booking.
Your reserved pickup time is fixed and cannot be changed on the day of the transfer. As we coordinate multiple travelers throughout the day, no refund or free rebooking can be offered if you request pickup at a time different from the one you booked.
Please inform us in advance of the total number and approximate size of your luggage so we can provide a suitable vehicle.

Upon arrival, the driver will be waiting at the agreed pickup point with a sign displaying the traveler's name for easy identification.
Luggage Assistance:
The driver will assist with loading your luggage into the vehicle, ensuring a smooth and stress-free departure.
