This is our secret item, exclusive for cruise travelers who disembark cruise ships at Yokohama International Cruise Port.
There are three ports in Yokohama: Ohsambashi Port, Shiko Port, and Daikoku Port, we apply for all ports. And there are various patterns after disembarkation there. Some clients may head to International Airport to go back, others might keep staying in Japan a little bit more and continue to enjoy the journey.
We tackle with these many options to meet your wants at relatively economical prices.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
When you make a reservation:
There are many options, depending on destination, meeting time, maximum accommodation.
Operation Time(Transfer Plan): 8:00am.-10:00pm. every 1 hour each
Operation Time(Excursion Plan): 8:00am.- 11:00am.every 1 hour each
Maximum Accommodation:
1-4 guests, maximum accommodation: 4 guests+5suitcases

*Please don't miss to write address or hotel's name of your destination.
When you get on the vehicle:
Driver will come to pick you up at the meeting location with your name board, 10 minutes before the meeting time.
In case the driver misses you, he or she will contact you through WhatsApp or text message. So set your smart phone in use.
When you get off the vehicle:
Please make sure if you leave your belongings in vehicle. Especially, smart phone and purse. In case you leave something, contact the driver ASAP. Not as long as you depart from Japan, we will send it to the next destination by cash on delivery. (it needs two days interval at the least)
What to expect
our maximum accommodation is 4 guests + 4 bags + 4 pieces of baggage at most. If your group is larger than that, you have to book it twice, if you like.
We allot two minivans.
SECOND STEP: As booking, please inform us on the name of cruise ship.
Because we have three cruise ports in Yokohama. That confuses us when several ships embark on same day. We check correctly where your ship stays in. Or sometimes people confuses Yokohama Cruise Port and Tokyo International Cruise Port, and make a booking by incorrect plan. Ship's name makes us clear everything. Secondly, if you head to airport, please inform us your flight information. Lastly, if your destination is some hotel, please also inform us name of the hotel.
THIRD STEP: If the pickup or Drop-off point is rescheduled, please give us a message.

- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
