What to expect
Leave Alta behind and join us in Kviby for a genuine taste of everyday life above the Arctic Circle. This is not a tourist attraction — this is our home, and for a few hours, you are our guest.
Enjoy a relaxed 30-minute snowmobile ride and approximately 30 minutes exploring the coast by ATV. Try snowshoeing, meet our animals, or simply stay by the fire and enjoy the Arctic atmosphere.
Gather in our cosy lavvu around the fire, make traditional pinnebrød and visit our own sausage station. Choose your toppings or let us show you how we make a hot dog the Northern Norwegian way — simple, hearty and exactly the kind of food we enjoy ourselves.
There is time to talk, laugh, explore and simply enjoy being here. We will share stories about the changing seasons, Arctic weather, darkness, northern lights and what it is really like to call this place home.
Everything is included, but nothing is compulsory. Choose your own adventure, relax and enjoy the day at your own pace.
No staged performances. No tourist village. No actors. Just our home, our animals, our food, our landscape and our everyday Arctic life.
