What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Pickup Areas: We provide round-trip transportation from all major hotels in the Punta Cana area, including Bavaro, Cap Cana, and Uvero Alto.
For Hotel Guests: Please be at the main lobby (or the designated "transportation area") 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Our drivers use branded vans/buses. Look for our representative holding a sign with the tour logo or your name.
For Airbnb or Private Villa Guests: If you are staying in a private rental, please provide your exact location via WhatsApp or email. We will designate the closest accessible meeting point (usually a main gate or a well-known nearby landmark) to ensure a smooth pickup.
Important Guidelines:
Please provide a working WhatsApp number during booking so we can send you the exact pickup time and driver details 24 hours before your tour.
Due to the nature of the zip line schedule, the shuttle can only wait for a maximum of 5 minutes at each stop.
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes (no flip-flops for the zip line).
