We collect all the guests at Halong International Cruise Port at 8h30 AM. Kindly make your way to get there 15 minutes before the cruise departs, check your email or WhatsApp once you book the tour to confirm your pick-up time and more details.

For guests who have booked a tour without transfer, please make your way to Halong International Cruise Port on your own between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM for check-in and boarding (no later than 8:30 AM). The Ambassador Check-in Lounge is located at B135 – B138 Halong Street, Bai Chay, Halong City, Quang Ninh.
