Travel with Chef Watanabe to two producers he personally works with, such as farms, vegetable growers, or local markets, depending on the season. Meet the producers, hear their stories, and learn about their growing methods, commitment to sustainability, and the unique natural environment that makes the Chita Peninsula one of Japan’s premier food-producing regions. Producer visits vary according to the season.
Return to Le Coeuryuzu for a special seasonal tasting course featuring ingredients sourced from the producers you visited earlier in the day. Enjoy your meal at the open kitchen counter, where Chef Watanabe shares the inspiration behind each dish and explains how every ingredient reflects the character of the region. Your lunch is accompanied by a carefully selected pairing featuring local sake. Relax in your private vehicle on the return journey. Drop-off at Chubu Centrair International Airport is also available upon request for guests continuing their travels. Arrive back in Nagoya, where your unforgettable farm-to-table journey comes to an end.
