We offer a guided tasting of 3 sparkling wines, with detailed sensory analysis, to learn how to taste a wine through a mini sommelier course.
After tasting with sweet and savoury snacks, our outdoor tour will allow you to learn about the production process.
The panoramic tasting rooms overlook the Cartizze hills, which have recently become part of the UNESCO heritage.

Since Strada Cartizze has two entrances, we recommend that you enter in the navigator “Strada Cartizze 1”: this will take you from “Via Cavalier” to the south entrance of the road, much easier and flatter. Just drive along the dirt road for about 500m.

What to expect

The experience begins with an introduction to the territory, its different areas of production and winemaking methods, followed by sensory analysis with organoleptic description of three sparkling wines: Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG, Valdobbiadene DOCG and Prosecco DOC.The tasting includes a pairing with Grana Padano aged, fresh Piave Mezzano, savoury breadsticks and Fregolotta cake (tastings not a meal replacement). For those who wish, you can enrich the offer by selecting the "Appetizers Plus" option among the extras, which adds an additional selected local cheese, a salami and pear mustard. The tour is completed with a guided tour of the winery to discover the production processes up close. You can also walk independently through the vineyards before or after tasting.
