Drive Saint Lucia's west coast past the twin Pitons and into Soufriere, home of the drive-in volcano. Soak in the warm Sulphur Springs mud baths, then cool off at a tranquil 40-foot waterfall. Lunch is a Creole buffet on a spectacular beachfront, looking straight at the Pitons.
