Cook Like an Italian Nonna: Pasta & Gelato in a Milan Home

Milan, Italy

3 hours (approximately)

Cook in a real Italian family home, not a restaurant kitchen. Our recipes have been handed down for generations and refined at top Italian and international cooking schools, including the school near Lyon founded by 3-Michelin-star chef Paul Bocuse. Still, our best teachers were always our grandmothers, and their little secrets are what we love to share.

You'll spend three unforgettable hours in an elegant home in central Milan, surrounded by our family's private art gallery. You'll cook with your own hands, laugh, ask all the questions you want, then sit down at our table to enjoy the Italian classics you've made, with a glass of organic rosé. It feels less like a class and more like a meal with Italian friends.

You'll leave with great memories and the confidence to recreate these dishes at home.

Classes are in English, but our family speaks 10 languages and we're happy to explain a few words in yours. Private classes in other languages on request (min. 10 guests).

What to expect

Cook like an Italian grandmother, in a real Milanese family home.

In 2025, UNESCO recognized Italian cooking as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Learn it the way it has always been passed on: at home, with family recipes handed down for generations.

We'll welcome you into our elegant home in central Milan, surrounded by our family's private art collection. In three hands-on hours you'll make the true classics from scratch: creamy tiramisù, fresh pasta and handmade ravioli. Then we sit down together to enjoy it all with a glass of organic rosé.

We are Grandma Bruna's family. Bruna and her grandchildren attended the culinary school near Lyon founded by 3-Michelin-star chef Paul Bocuse, but our best teachers were our grandmothers, and we'll share their secrets with you.
