Citybus also has the sole discretion to vary, without prior notice, the service hours, frequency, route and bus stop locations taking into account traffic conditions, weather conditions or any other factors. Citybus shall not accept any responsibility or be liable to ticket holders for any damages or losses caused by or arisen out of the aforesaid or due to any other reasons whatsoever
