Your Personal Guide will take advantage of the trip to tell you about one of the oldest wine regions in France, already exploited by the Romans. You will discover the magnificent vineyards on the right bank of the Garonne, and the castles that make these appellations famous.

Visits have been booked for you in Saint-Emilion or Pomerol estates. Arriving at the castles, you will be taken care of for a guided visit of the cellars, vineyards, winery... A tasting of the wines of the estate will be offered at the end of each of the 2 visits. Scout to tasting techniques, which will make your nose and taste buds discover unexpected sensations....

    As soon as you leave Bordeaux, you will discover the green countryside, and the multitude of plots of vines with evocative names. First the parcels of Entre-Deux-Mers between Garonne and Dordogne, then the appellations of Libournais, Pomerol, Lalande de Pomerol, Fronsac, and finally Saint-Émilion and its satellite appellations, Montagne-Saint-Émilion, Saint- Georges Saint-Émilion, Lussac Saint-Émilion, Puisseguin Saint-Émilion. You will enjoy discovering these castles in the middle of the vineyards. You will be charmed by the beauty of this heritage, which since the French Revolution has continued to improve.

    1st castle: We will take you to visit one of the magnificent castles that make the Saint-Emilion wines famous. Grapes, trimming, vatting, fermentation, gluing... you will know all about winemaking, the different varieties used and blending wines. You will see that the modernism of today’s cellars blends perfectly with ancestral working techniques in order to give birth, each year, to wonderful vintages, always having a strong temperament. This tour will conclude with a tasting of the wines of the property. During this tasting you will be given valuable advice on guarding, for your future purchases of Saint-Émilion wines.

    Eglise Monolithe de Saint-Emilion

    Visit of the Monolithic Church and walk in the village of Saint-Émilion You will discover through the charming cobblestone streets, the pretty little medieval village of Saint-Emilion. Your Guide will tell you the many anecdotes and adventures of its long and tumultuous history. To complete your visit to this exceptional UNESCO World Heritage site, you will discover the Monolithic Church, and the underground under the village.

    For this last visit, you will discover the Pomerol appellation. This chateau is owned by one of the most emblematic families of the appellation.
