As this is a private and personalized experience, pickup times are flexible and coordinated according to your ship arrival or preferred schedule.
We offer pickup service from:
• Amber Cove Cruise Port
• Taino Bay Cruise Port
• Hotels, Airbnbs, and accommodations within the Puerto Plata area
For cruise guests, we typically schedule pickup approximately 45–60 minutes after the ship docks, allowing guests enough time to disembark comfortably.
Amber Cove:
Pickup takes place outside the main port area, just beyond the principal gate on the left side of the avenue. Walking time is approximately 10–12 minutes.
Taino Bay:
Pickup takes place at the main entrance, on the right side near the taxi station, outside the terminal gates. Walking time is approximately 10 minutes.
Detailed pickup instructions and driver information will be provided before your tour for a smooth and stress-free experience.
