Please Meet your instructor at the Parking next to Buzios Beach Bar, next to the Sketchy Crab statue at least 5 min before the given time. If you are late or can not make it, please reach out to us via Whatsapp.
What to expect
This unique outdoor setting makes the class suitable for all ages and experience levels, with variations offered so everyone can move comfortably at their own pace.
The session gently closes with a short relaxation or meditation, allowing you to fully absorb the peaceful atmosphere of the beach — leaving you feeling calm, refreshed, and recharged for the rest of your day in the Algarve. Yoga mats are provided.
