If your visit is cancelled due to weather, your ticket remains valid for **7 days from the original visit date**; please contact our office on **+27 61 924 3981 or +27 71 075 8442** to verify its validity before visiting.
During **summer (28 September–30 April), public holidays and peak booking periods**, we highly recommend visiting early, from the first Cableway departure until **09:00**, or from **16:00 onwards**, preferably at least two hours before the last Cableway departure, to help avoid the busiest periods.
