What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available from any Heathrow Airport terminal, hotel or address within the London area. (This is NOT a transfer to any of the Cruise Ports - Please select the correct listing before you book it).
All passengers included in the booking must be collected from the same location at the same time. The transfer must be booked at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Your transfer includes:
* London / local pickups: 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time
* Heathrow Airport pickups: 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time
Complimentary waiting time is calculated from the scheduled pickup time. Once the included waiting period has expired, additional waiting time and parking charges may apply.
IMPORTANT! Please ensure your phone is switched on and that you are available to receive calls at the time of collection using the number provided in the booking. Failing to do so might cause your booking to be marked as a Customer No-Show in case we can't locate you at the pickup location.
NOTE: 1 Big Luggage means up to MAX 20KG (Size L (75) measures MAX 75x51x28 cm), 1 Small Luggage means hand luggage up to 10KG. (Size S (50) measures MAX 55x40x20 cm.)
What to expect
Please provide your FLIGHT DETAILS - once booked, we monitor the flight and change the scheduled pickup accordingly to the actual landing time to avoid extra charges. The driver will wait in the arrivals hall with the NAME BOARD at the scheduled pickup time - PLEASE ALLOW YOURSELF SOME TIME TO CLEAR THE CUSTOMS when scheduling the PICKUP TIME.
Meet and Greet for Airport Pickups is included in the price = Free 30 minutes of waiting, after which we charge additional fees = £5/ every 15 minutes + additional Car Park fees where applicable. Once the driver meets you, he will transfer you to the destination address of your choice, which must be provided at the time of the booking.
