What to expect
After a first entrance into the charming central hall, where the bottles of the Giovanni Ederle winery will be displayed — one of the rare organic wineries located in the municipality of Verona, just 3 km from the center — the experience will continue outdoors.
Guests will be taken to the secret garden of the palace, an intimate and lush place, surrounded by ancient walls and surrounded by vegetation, which offers an atmosphere of total tranquility away from city traffic.
Here the tasting will take place: it will be possible to taste 4 selected organic wines, choosing between a proposal of red wines or a line dedicated to whites and bubbles. The wines will be accompanied by a platter of local products at km 0, with artisan salami, a cheese cheese of goat organic and extra virgin olive oil. An authentic experience that combines taste, history and relaxation in the heart of Verona.
