Departure instructions:
An email with your pickup time will be sent directly to the hotel 48 hours prior to departure. Please ask your hotel reception.
If you do not receive e-mail, it is vitally IMPORTANT and COMPULSORY that you contact your supplier 24 hours prior to departure and during their office hours to be given your pickup time.
Please ensure that you are at your confirmed pick-up point at least 10 minutes in advance as indicate on your departure list and have your voucher ready to give to the driver.
We cannot accept any responsibility for clients who are not collected on time and subsequently miss their return flight if details of the booking have changed, and we have not been advised accordingly or if you have not called to arrange your new pick-up time.
