Meeting and pickup
Please take note of the following important information:

• If you do not have data service, please connect to the hotel’s Wi-Fi to stay in touch.
• Please ensure you have WhatsApp installed, as it will be used for communication when necessary during your pick-up.
2. Luggage Capacity
• Refer to the selected vehicle category for luggage capacity guidelines.
• If unsure, kindly amend your booking to a larger vehicle to ensure sufficient space.
3. Pick-Up Time and Waiting Policy
• Complimentary waiting time is 15 minutes from the scheduled booking time. After the 15 minute grace period, the booking will be deemed a no-show, no refund will be provided, and the driver will depart.
4. Chauffeur Meeting Point
• Your chauffeur will be waiting at the hotel lobby driveway at the scheduled time, holding a sign with your name.
This listing is not applicable for pick-up at the Airport/Seaport Terminal.

5. Drop-off at Departure Hall
• Your chauffeur will drop you off at the departure area closest to your airline/seaport terminal
• Assistance with luggage will be provided before wishing you a pleasant journey.
