Explore the natural wonders of Baja where the main attractions are our very fondly thought of, whales. Our main focus is to provide overall comfort to maximize your satisfaction. We’ll take care of professional photography services and provide knowledgeable bilingual guides throughout the experience. Transportation can also be arranged for a symbolic additional fee.
The whale encounters will let you observe the behavior of the Humpback Whales during mating and breeding season. You will also have a glimpse of the Cabo San Lucas coastline for a picture of the Arch, and see the sea lion colony.
Our guides have great knowledge about the history and biodiversity in Baja California Sur, and provide educational yet fun tours focused on the majestic whales that every year migrate to the warm waters of the Gulf of California and the Pacific Ocean.
If you would like to add our transportation service to your experience, simply select your hotel and we will contact you prior to your activity to coordinate your exact meeting point and pick-up time.
To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you are ready at the designated location 5–10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. If guests are not present within the agreed time, transportation will need to continue its route, and alternative transportation to the activity meeting point (Dock “P” at the Marina) would need to be arranged at your own expense.
Maximum courtesy waiting time: 5 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.
Our shared roundtrip transportation service is available at the following rates:
* $10 USD per person — Cabo San Lucas area to Villa Valencia
* $15 USD per person — Zoëtry to San José del Cabo area
* $20 USD per person — La Playita area (JW Marriott, Secrets, Ritz-Carlton, Hotel El Ganzo) or Hard Rock Hotel, Nobu, Diamante, and Solmar Dunes
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us — we are always happy to help!
P Dock at the Marina is in front of Plaza Bonita, aside of a ramp (entrance for boats). Each dock has a letter on the top of the door which is easy to see. The guide will be there to open the gate for you.
Our Whale Watching tour begins at the Marina of Cabo San Lucas. When we board our boat, we’ll give you a short safety and sighting activity briefing and life-vests.
We go out of the marina en route to Land’s End, where we’ll stop at The Arch of Cabo San Lucas for a picture and to see the Sea Lion colony that resides there, before heading out in search of our whale encounter and, with a little luck, other marine wildlife such as turtles, dolphins, mantas, and others.
Our motto is “observe but don’t disturb”. For this reason we follow every guideline established by the National Park authorities. We aim for a respectful encounter with our whales.
