We’ll meet and head to our home, just 20 minutes from Valencia, surrounded by orange trees. We want you to feel at home and share with us an authentic paella day, just as we Valencians enjoy it.

Then it’s time to cook: aprons on, spoon in hand and fire lit. Together, we’ll prepare an authentic Valencian paella and you’ll learn, step by step, the secrets that make all the difference.

While the rice cooks, we’ll enjoy local tapas, wine, soft drinks and good conversation. Because this is about much more than cooking: paella brings us together around the fire to share, laugh and enjoy time together.

Finally, we’ll sit around the table and enjoy the paella you’ve prepared. You’ll understand why, for Valencians, paella is so much more than a dish.
