Shared service, round trip transfer from Mazatlan International Airport to the hotel in the resort area.
Arrival day: the pickup time for the transfer will depend on the flight arrival time.
Upon arrival, please proceed to the airport lobby to identify the operator. The staff wear orange shirt uniforms and beige pants, approach them and mention their transfer reservation.
For your departure transfer, you must coordinate with the staff the time they will pick you up at the hotel where you are staying in Mazatán. Remember that you must be at the airport 2 hours early to check in.
Note: Shared service transfer applies only to hotels in the Golden Zone and Emerald Bay. If your accommodation is outside these areas or at a private residence inside the city, the service will not be provided.
One 20 kg suitcase per passenger is allowed; an additional charge will be applied if they bring more luggage.

Meeting and pickup
Round-trip airport-hotel-airport transfer (shared service).
On your arrival day, the pickup time will be based on your flight's arrival time for the transfer to your hotel in Mazatlán. There is a 20-minute waiting period.
On your departure day, the operator will pick you up from your hotel in Mazatlán 3 hours before your flight's departure. Please confirm your pickup time with the operator.
Important:
Transfers are valid only for the Mazatlán hotel zone (HOTELS ONLY); this service does not apply to apartments or condominiums.
One 20 kg suitcase is allowed per passenger; additional charges apply for extra luggage.
Shared service hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; outside of these hours, you must switch to a private service (at the applicable private service rate).
The operator will be waiting for you at the airport lobby with a sign, ask for the pick-up time on the day of departure.

Important:
Shared service transfer applies only to hotels in Gold Zone and Emerald Bay. IF YOUR ACCOMMODATION IS OUTSIDE THESE AREAS OR AT A PRIVATE RESIDENCE TOWARDS THE CITY CENTER, THE SERVICE WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.
