What to expect

Starting at Via Santa Chiara 28, you'll open the Explorial app, enter the 6-digit game code that you received by text and Viator chat message, and head into Rimini's historic centre. The tour is fully self-guided — no guide, no fixed start time, just your group and the city.

The Tempio Malatestiano comes first — a church turned Renaissance manifesto by Leon Battista Alberti, filled with the ambitions of tyrant Sigismondo Malatesta. Riddles read between the marble lines.

Castel Sismondo follows, the brooding fortress that guarded the clan — today it hosts the Fellini Museum, a hometown tribute to cinema's great dreamer.

Then the Ponte di Tiberio takes you across two millennia in fifty metres: begun by Augustus, finished by Tiberius, still standing firm.

Around two hours between empire and Adriatic. Piadina at the finish line is practically mandatory.
