What to expect
From the heart of the old town, the trail leads through Leiria's compact and walkable streets, with the castle visible on the ridge above throughout the journey. The first riddles take you to the Sé de Leiria, the city's cathedral, with its elegant Renaissance cloister and commanding hilltop views.
Next, the app guides you to the Banco das Artes Galeria, housed in a beautifully restored heritage building and now a centre for local arts and culture.
The final stretch brings you to the Moinho do Papel — the Paper Mill — one of the oldest paper mills in Portugal and a reminder of Leiria's important role in the country's intellectual history.
