What to expect
The route moves through the narrow streets of Vieil Antibes, where the old town walls and the sea are rarely more than a few minutes apart. The Carte d'Antibes is an early stop, with a riddle that rewards careful observation of its details. Le Marché Couvert — the covered market hall at the heart of the old town — brings a photo challenge that puts the group to work in Antibes' most characterful spot. The Cathédrale Notre-Dame de l'Immaculée Conception, which stands on the site of the original Greek acropolis overlooking the sea, features in an observation task that asks you to look at the facade rather than the view. Between stops, the compact old town keeps distances short.
The scoring runs live, which keeps things lively even when the pace slows down.
The app reveals final scores and a ranking when the last clue is solved. Antibes is best explored at the speed the trail runs — which is entirely up to you.
