What to expect
The Moulin Rouge opens the show — birthplace of the cancan and a century of scandal. Riddles peek behind the red velvet without buying a ticket.
In a quiet garden square, the Mur des Je t'aime spells 'I love you' 311 times in 250 languages. The photo task here writes itself.
Then the stairs (or funicular) lead to the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur, gleaming white above the city, with all of Paris rolled out below.
