Meeting and pickup
The CuliWalk starts at Plein Cafe Wilhelmina. Here you pick up your stampcard and your first Culinary Bite. We don't pick up or meet any travelers. It is a SELF GUIDED Audiotour. Since this is self-guided tour, traveler can go directly to the meeting point.

Begin your journey at Plein Café Wilhelmina, your first stop in the Pietermaai District. Enjoy a delightful coffee or tea with a small pastry as you soak in the charming atmosphere. Here, you'll also pick up your stamp card to start your adventure.

2Historic Pietermaai District
The Pietermaai District in Curaçao is a historic neighborhood located in the capital city, Willemstad. Established in the early 18th century, it was once home to affluent merchants and influential families. Over time, the area fell into disrepair but has since undergone significant revitalization. Today, Pietermaai is known for its colorful colonial architecture, vibrant cultural scene, and a mix of residential, commercial, and entertainment venues. The district combines historical charm with modern amenities, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists. This Walk will guide you through the colorful streets and with various stops along the way so you can not only listen to the stories from long ago but also enjoy the coffee, lemonade on the various stops.
