This shore day trip is dedicated to those who don’t want to miss to see the most famous “Godfather” movie location in Sicily before enjoying Taormina. 

You will visit Savoca, a charming medieval village set in the rock of a hill where it is possible to recognize the places of don Vito Corleone such us the Church of Santa Lucia, where the wedding scene between Michal and Apollonia was filmed and Bar Vitelli.     Savoca is a charming medieval village set in the rock of a hill, where you can still recognize the places of  "don Vito Corleone". You will walk along the typical medieval streets and you will reach the Church of Santa Lucia, where the wedding scene between Michal and Apollonia was filmed. Unmissable stop is at Bar Vitelli, here time seems to have stopped years ago. Inside you can admire not only pictures and scenes related to the saga of Don Vito Corleone, but also ancient objects related to Sicilian tradition, making this bar a small museum.
