What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Meet your driver at the arrival terminal after clearing customs. They will be standing holding a sign with your name and wearing a cream-colored uniform with the Wix Tours logo.
If you cannot find your driver because the area is crowded, please ask any airport staff member or representative. They will be happy to point you in the right direction.
When making your reservation, it is important to include your departure flight information, including the airline name, flight number, and departure time. This allows us to schedule your return pick-up time according to Homeland Border Control check-in requirements. Please note that check-in for US-bound flights remains 3 hours prior to departure.
Your driver will provide you with a ticket showing your return pick-up time.
If members of your group are arriving or departing on different flights, please send us all airline and flight details to avoid additional charges.
If you experience any delays or problems inside the terminal, please send us a text message or WhatsApp message.

If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call and advise them of this information directly.
