Join us for a 4-hour shelling adventure through the world-famous Ten Thousand Islands, with stops at Kice Island, Dickmans Island, and other hidden gems. Departing from Goodland Boat Park, you’ll enjoy a quick 15–20 minute ride to remote, boat-only beaches surrounding Marco Island—perfect for discovering an incredible variety of shells.
Our experienced captains and guides will take you to the best shelling spots while sharing their knowledge of each find. Learn about the creatures that once lived in these shells, their behaviors, diets, and how they survive between the tides.
This tour is dedicated to shelling, offering both hands-on exploration and educational insight into the local ecosystem. Whether you're new to shelling or an experienced collector, this unique trip delivers an unforgettable mix of adventure and discovery.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please arrive 30 minutes early. Parking: you can park inside the park (not in trailer spots) and pay $10 via QR ️ if you don’t have a Collier sticker. If full, park just outside—nose in, free. Please wait at the shaded pavilion; your captain will come meet you. Kindly do not wait by the docks.
Itinerary

1Goodland Boating Park
Depart from the Goodland Boat Park, 750 Palm Point Dr., Goodland, FL 34140, and cruise through the Ten Thousand Islands. On the way Pass by Neal Key, Ramsey Key, and Little Tide Key. Keep your eyes peeled to observe the wildlife that Live south of Marco Island and the Ten Thousand Islands. Stop at Dickman’s Island and Sandbars. ( About 1 and 1/2 hours). Walk at the beach and collect shells. This is a great spot to find beautiful sea treasures.

2Kice Island
Walk the shore line and collect shells. You will access this island on the north side and you will be able to explore the shoreline to find unique shells that wash up on the beach.
