Tolhuin and Heart of the Island in 4x4 is the ideal experience to know Tierra del Fuego and its lakes, its forests and trails, combining it with a true gastronomic experience. A different way to get to know this beautiful town, where in addition to tasting an exquisite "Argentine Picada" on the ancestral Cerro Jeujepén, we will take off-road tours and a hike to a forming turbal and Laguna Negra, which finally merges into Lake Fagnano. We will visit Castoreras, the head of Lake Fagnano. We will have a real gastronomic experience at the Museo Restaurante Raíces Fueguinas, where the most complete collection of Fuegian objects in all of Patagonia is kept. Trout recipes, lamb awaits us on our plate. Finally, we will taste liqueurs, regional jams with homemade bread from the emblematic Panadería La Unión.

Visit the panoramic viewpoint at "Cerro Jeujepén" where an "Argentine Picnic" of salami and cheese is offered with drinks and a glass of red wine. It is the ideal time to take photographs and contemplate the landscape, the turbales, and the surrounding mountain ranges.

2Sendero Laguna Negra
Once there, we will head to the Laguna Negra Provincial Reserve to take a beautiful hike suitable for all, lasting around 45 minutes. To reach the start of the trail we will go through a path of adventure and excitement in 4WD Off Road vehicles. We will get to know the lenga forest, and even a developing turbal, in addition to active beaver ponds, always accompanied by the beautiful Laguna Negra, worthy of visiting and enjoying all year round.

At lunchtime, the experience is completed with a true gastronomic and cultural experience at the wonderful Museo Restaurante Raíces Fueguinas. Pedro and his family invite us to visit and enjoy the most complete museum of Fuegian collections in Argentine Patagonia, while they prepare the best local recipes with trout, lamb, and other regional specialties.

To conclude the experience, we will go to the emblematic "Panadería La Unión," a meeting point for Fueguinos and people from all over the world. They await us there to give us a pleasant moment as a group, with tastings of regional liquors and sweets of "Calafate", Orange, and Rhubarb, accompanied by the exquisite and unique bread of Tolhuin.

5Lago Fagnano
After visiting Panadería La Unión, we will visit the famous "Head of Lake Fagnano," the best spot to descend and see the lake from the best position. We will go down to be able to take photos and take the memory on the sign of the commune of Tolhuin.
