4. Clear Pickup Instructions

Your driver will meet you at the exact location and time agreed upon in your itinerary. If your pickup is at an airport, the driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. At hotels or private addresses, the driver will wait curbside or in the hotel lobby.

Tip: If there are any updates or last-minute changes, you’ll receive a message by email or phone.
