Tarascon Canyoning trip for thrill seekers Dutch or English Guide

The Canyon of L'Artigue is one of the most beautiful canyons in the Ariège region. Along the way, you'll encounter crystal-clear blue pools, stunning rock formations, and breathtaking views.

To join this adventure, you’ll drive your own car to the designated parking area, where you'll meet your guide. From there, it’s about a 50-minute hike uphill — a good warm-up that rewards you with incredible views over the Montcalm Massif.

This canyon is best suited for participants with prior canyoning experience and a good level of physical fitness. We start high up near the Pic du Montcalm, and during the descent, you'll encounter a series of exciting abseil, slides and jumps.

Throughout the canyon, you’ll be surrounded by beautiful nature — clear mountain water, impressive rock formations, and panoramic scenery. The jumps build in height, leading up to the ultimate challenge: a thrilling 10 meter jump!

After the canyon, there’s a short 15-minute walk back to the car.
