Transform your Sicilian journey into a memory you create with your own hands. In this ceramics workshop in Ragusa Ibla, you’ll step into an authentic artist’s studio and enjoy a hands-on, relaxing, and creative experience guided by a local artist.
During the session, you’ll learn how to shape clay, decorate ceramics, and create a small personalised piece. No experience is required: the workshop is designed for beginners, couples, families, groups of friends, and curious travellers who want to discover Sicilian craftsmanship in an authentic and meaningful way.
The group is limited to a maximum of 8 participants, allowing you to receive personalised attention, guidance, and support throughout every step of the process. All materials are included — just bring your creativity and the desire to make something unique.

What to expect
After a brief introduction to the history of the studio, you’ll dive into the heart of the workshop. With the artist’s guidance, you’ll discover how to work with clay, shape a simple form, and decorate your ceramic piece with colours & details.
The activity is designed to be enjoyable and accessible even for those who have never worked with ceramics before. The artist will guide you step by step, helping you transform an idea into a tangible creation. You’ll have the opportunity to experiment, ask questions, draw inspiration from the atmosphere of the atelier, and enjoy a creative moment that goes beyond traditional sightseeing.
At the end of the experience, you’ll have created your own small artwork: an authentic souvenir made by you, carrying the memory of your time in Sicily. As ceramics require technical processing times for drying, firing, and glazing, your piece may be available for collection at a later date or shipped upon prior agreement.
