Scuba Group Tour at Blue Spring State Park

2 hours (approximately)
Offered in: English

Experience beyond what most visitors ever see. Explore Blue Spring's famous boil, where certified divers can descend to depths of up to 60 feet before transitioning into a relaxing drift dive through the crystal clear spring run. It's like enjoying two distinct dive experiences on a single tank.

Your Florida Dive Company guide knows Blue Spring's underwater features and wildlife hotspots, helping you discover areas you might otherwise miss. Depending on conditions, you may encounter West Indian manatees, turtles, gar, bass, bluegill, tilapia, armored catfish, Pacu, river otters, and other native and non native species. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed.

Your tour also includes guaranteed entry to Blue Spring State Park. Since the park frequently reaches capacity, your Florida Dive Company reservation ensures access, allowing you to spend less time worrying about entry and more time enjoying one of Florida's most unique freshwater diving experiences.

What to expect

Explore the crystal-clear waters of Blue Spring State Park on a guided group scuba tour with Florida Dive Company, the only authorized and approved provider for underwater tours inside the park. Your reservation includes guaranteed park entry, even when the park reaches capacity.

Before the dive, your guide will review site conditions, the dive plan, safety considerations, and what to expect underwater. You’ll then assemble your equipment at our private staging area near the diver entry and complete a pre-dive safety check.

Once in the water, your guide will lead the group through the 72°F freshwater spring, assisting with navigation as you experience the current, underwater features, and diverse ecosystem.

Wildlife varies daily, but divers may encounter West Indian manatees, turtles, gar, bass, bluegill, mullet, tilapia, armored catfish, pacu, river otters, and other native and non-native species. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed.

This experience is for certified scuba divers and includes your professional dive guide, guaranteed park entry, private staging area, and one air cylinder per diver. Additional scuba equipment is available to rent.
