The activity is a unique combination of tradition and modernity. Tradition lies in the dining setup, a sharing table that reminds sundays spent at our Nonna's house as well as traditional recipes. Modernity lies in the culinary style of our Chef Leonardo in re-inventing those recipes, as well as in the tasting of four different fine wines from Mount Etna.
Families are especially welcome. While adults enjoy lunch, younger children can play safely in our gardens, sandbox and small trampoline. Older children can relax in our reading and painting corner inside the tasting room, so everyone can enjoy the experience at their own pace.

The experience will be hosted at the main winery site in San Gregorio di Catania. Search "Etna Urban Winery" on Google Maps to locate us. Shuttle from/to central Catania available with an extra fee and upon request from April to October
What to expect
We’ll welcome you to our family’s urban winery, a hidden green oasis between the city of Catania and Mount Etna that has belonged to our family for eight generations.Our lunch is inspired by the traditional Sunday meals that bring Sicilian families together. Dishes are served for sharing, allowing you to taste a variety of local recipes while enjoying four Etna wines that express the unique volcanic character of our territory.
Whether you’re travelling alone, as a couple, with friends or with family, you’ll find yourself gathered around one long table where strangers often leave as friends.
After lunch, there’s no schedule to follow. You’re invited to explore the vineyards freely, walk among the vines, relax in the gardens or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Children can continue the adventure with our Treasure Hunt map, searching for hidden stone animals scattered throughout the estate.
