Make Your Own Belgian Pralines 2 Hour Workshop

2 hours (approximately)
Offered in: English and 2 more

What makes this experience truly different is that you’ll make Belgian pralines using chocolate we produce ourselves, from cacao bean to finished chocolate, right here in Brussels.

Unlike workshops using industrial couverture, you’ll work with our own ethical bean-to-bar dark and milk chocolate, discover our production laboratory, and taste chocolate at different intensities, including 100% cacao.

Then it’s your turn to become the chocolatier: decorate and mold the shells, prepare fresh ganache, fill and close approximately 21 pralines, and create 4 chocolate lollipops.

It’s more than a chocolate class; it’s a hands-on introduction to how authentic Belgian chocolate is made, from bean to praline.

What to expect

Discover the art of authentic Belgian praline making during an immersive 2-hour workshop in the heart of Brussels.

Guided by one of our certified chocolatiers, you’ll create approximately 21 of your own Belgian pralines from start to finish. You’ll learn the essential steps of traditional praline making: decorating the molds, molding the chocolate shells, preparing a fresh ganache, filling your pralines, and finally closing them with chocolate.

You’ll work with our own ethical, bean-to-bar chocolate, made directly in our Brussels laboratory from carefully selected cacao origins. Depending on your preference, you’ll be able to work with dark and milk chocolate.

The experience includes a visit to our bean-to-bar chocolate laboratory, where you’ll discover how we transform cacao beans into real Belgian chocolate rather than using industrial couverture.

You’ll also enjoy a guided tasting of our chocolate and pure 100% cacao, allowing you to discover the differences in flavor and intensity.

At the end of the experience, you’ll leave with your own handmade pralines and lollipops; and a deeper understanding of how authentic Belgian chocolate is made, from cacao bean to praline.
