A completely private experience at our small-scale husky farm, far from the crowds around Tromsø. The day is adapted to you: drive your own wheeled dog team, share the driving with someone in your group, or enjoy the journey as a passenger with your guide.
Meet our pack of around 35 Alaskan huskies and learn how they live, train and work together. After a clear safety briefing, your guide prepares and harnesses the dogs before you head out with a team of 6–8 enthusiastic huskies along quiet forest trails.
The route and pace are adapted to the weather, temperature, dogs and your wishes. After the run, enjoy a warm Norwegian lunch, hot drinks and time around the fire while hearing about everyday life with the dogs.

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Public transport is an easy, scenic way to reach us, with views of fjords, mountains and Arctic landscapes. Weekdays: bus 100, Tromsø 06:00–Bardufoss 08:30; return 15:00–17:30. Weekends: Best Arctic. Bardufoss pickup/drop-off included. Bus tickets not included. Contact us before booking to arrange.

Dog welfare always comes first. We choose the team, route, pace and time on the trail according to the temperature, conditions and how each dog is feeling that day. This means we may adapt the tour whenever needed for the dogs.
After the run, enjoy a warm Norwegian lunch, hot drinks and time around the fire while hearing about everyday life with the pack.

- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
