starting with the highest hill of the city 10 minutes away from the old city called the popa hill which is the balcony of cartagena (highest point in the city) where we have the opportunity to see a live map of the city, from that place we are going to see all points that we are going to visit during this experience,this place help us to understand better why spanish build all the fortifications we have here in cartagena.
