Not to be missed are Fiano di Avellino DOCG “Eugenia” with an entrée with olives, grilled vegetables, Irpinian truffle prosciutto bites and taralli, and Taurasi DOCG “Vigna Piano d’Angelo”.

What to expect
Start with a walk through scenic vineyards and an outdoor educational session among the vines, learning about the local terroir and cultivation techniques. Continue with a guided visit to the cellar to discover the winemaking and aging processes that make Taurasi wines unique.
You will have the opportunity to choose between two tasting experiences: a Light Tasting (a tasting of 3 labels paired with 2 carefully selected dishes) or a Full one (a tasting of 3 labels paired with 3 carefully selected dishes, designed to enhance and complement their characteristics).
To complete your journey, visit the medieval Marchionale Castle of Taurasi, a symbol of the town’s winemaking heritage and history.
