What to expect

Immerse yourself in the authentic flavors of Martina Franca with a special tasting experience.
During the tasting, you’ll be guided through the fascinating production processes behind both the meat and wine, gaining insight into the rich culinary traditions of the Puglia region.
Select one of the tasting experiences:
- Basic tasting: Capocollo di Martina Franca served with red wine IGP Paniere di Puglia
- Medium tasting: 6 types of cured meats made from Suino Rosa raised in Italy and Suino Nero raised on the farm and Rosé Wine Paniere di Puglia IGP: Donna Vittoria
- Full tasting: 8 varieties of cured meats made from Pugliese Suino Nero and Italian Suino Rosa, 3 types of local cheeses, Paniere di Puglia wines paired with cured meats and cheeses: Locorotondo white wine, Benetibi rosé wine, Primitivo di Manduria "Selezione Caroli"
