What to expect
During dinner, you’ll enjoy a generous Tuscan-inspired menu prepared by the Cibrèo kitchen. Dishes are served directly from the open kitchen, creating a lively and informal atmosphere filled with aromas, conversation and the sounds of the chefs at work. The menu changes regularly according to the season and the chef’s inspiration, making each evening slightly different.
Once dinner is over, the atmosphere changes as the lights dim and the evening’s live show begins. Depending on the program, you may experience music, theatre, cabaret, dance or spoken-word performances by local and visiting artists.
Throughout the evening, you’ll be more than a spectator: you’ll be part of the atmosphere, sharing food, conversation and entertainment with the people around you.
