What to expect
Travelers are required to provide their flight details in advance to ensure a smooth pickup.
Upon arrival at Cancun International Airport, travelers should collect their luggage and proceed to the exit. The driver will be waiting outside the terminal holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name.
Travelers will then be escorted to a private, air-conditioned vehicle for a direct transfer to their hotel in Cancun Hotel Zone.
For departure services, the driver will arrive at the hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time and transport travelers directly to Cancun International Airport.
Upon arrival at the destination, travelers will be dropped off at their hotel or terminal to continue their journey.
