Meeting and pickup
After making your reservation, please provide your flight details and a WhatsApp number for easy communication. We monitor your flight and adjust the pick-up time in case of delays.
Upon arrival, your driver will receive you with a personalized sign with the name of the reservation holder at the relevant meeting point:
• Terminal 2 (National Arrivals) : Welcome Bar
• Terminal 2 (International Arrivals) : Welcome Bar
Terminal 3: Margaritaville Bar
Terminal 4: Welcome Bar
For arrival transfers, the driver enters the terminal approximately 20 minutes after landing his flight, giving him enough time for migration, baggage and customs.
If you booked a round trip, we will contact you one day before your departure to confirm the pick-up time from your hotel.
What to expect
Our private shuttle ensures a comfortable and worry-free trip from Cancun International Airport to hotels in Cancun and the Riviera Maya.
Upon arrival, a Travelfy representative will be waiting to meet you and guide you to the vehicle, ensuring a smooth and relaxed start to your stay. For your return to the airport, we will coordinate your hotel lobby pickup in advance, providing you with a punctual and secure transfer that will allow you to arrive in time for your flight.
Cancun Airport to Hotel: Upon landing, collect your luggage and exit the terminal through the door marked “Transport and Taxis” or “Shuttle and Taxis.” A Travelfy representative will be waiting to welcome you and accompany you to the vehicle. Your transport will be ready approximately 20 minutes after your flight has landed.
Hotel to Cancun Airport: One day before your flight, we will confirm your pick-up time. Your driver will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby. To avoid setbacks, we suggest you be ready a few minutes before the confirmed time, as drivers can only wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the set time.
